7th Step

Payment of Agency Commission

The payment of the agency commission represents the final step of our collaboration. This step finalizes our support and marks the closure of PartneaHub’s involvement in your partnership. Here’s how it works and why it is designed to align with your results.

A Commission Based on Actual Profit

Our agency commission is set at 35% of the total profit generated by the partnership during the first year. This pricing model ensures fair and proportionate billing based on the actual value created by the partnership. This payment is made once, at the end of the first year of collaboration.

Flexibility to Adapt to Your Results

If, at the end of the first year, the partnership has not yet started generating profits, the commission payment is deferred to the following year, and so on, until concrete results are achieved. This flexibility ensures that our compensation is always aligned with your performance and avoids any additional financial pressure.

Distinction with Agency Fees

It is important to note that this commission is separate from the agency fee of $170. These fees, paid at the initial agreement with your partner, cover our services of research, matchmaking, and negotiation. In contrast, the 35% commission concludes our role and marks the end of our support.

An End of Commitment in Complete Transparency

Once the commission is paid, our involvement ends, leaving you free to continue the partnership without any further involvement from PartneaHub. This clear, performance-based model reflects our commitment to supporting your business until tangible results are achieved.
